Another collaboration with Vaughan Arnell and Idris Elba for Brothers & Sisters. This one, while appearing relatively simple was anything but!

My team and I had to research over 200 hours of TV to find the full length character shots that Idris could play off and the script could be built around, no easy task I can tell you although I have now seen all of Game Of Thrones albeit back to front and at double speed!

Monkey has gone all Carmen Miranda your ass!

Oh yes, with the help of Rafael Lopez at Stink, Monkey goes on a bit of a fruit induced trip and a barrel load of fun it was too.

It was quite bizarre editing on set as Monkey's dressing room was right next to my edit station meaning he could keep a beady eye on what I was doing!

I've always loved puppets and it was great being able to see such great puppeteers working at close quarters. They keep Monkey in character all the way through. When Rafa would call cut and offer up some adjustments to the scene being filmed Monkey would turn and listen and react to him as a human actor would and as with all great puppets you completely forget they're not real....even when you can see the guys working right underneath them!

Another legend ticked off the list.
